The launch of TVNZ 7

30 Mar

The launch of TVNZ 7 was held at Parliament this morning/afternoon, with over 100 invited guests involved with politics, media and more.
Arriving at the buildings, we (Dad & I) had to undergo a security check, and then pick up our name badges. My badge was in colour and already made; but Dad’s wasn’t so they had to make one up (which was b&w). After putting them on, we walked into the Grand Hall.

The lunch event was hosted by Miriama Kamo, who also hosts “20/20” as well as “ONE News” and “TVNZ News at 8” on weekends.
I sat down at a table with Dad and we were soon joined by Paul Holmes, Simon Dallow, Anthony Flannery (Head of News/Current Affairs) and some other TVNZ staff.
Watch this space….I’m currently in talks with TVNZ thanks to this lunch!

I later got to chat to Jason Paris again, as well as Rick Ellis.
After th lunch even, we went into the old Debating Chamber, where the Kingmaker Debate was held.
After the debate, we had a quick chat to some people, collected our TVNZ 7 bags and left.

I can’t go into too much detail on the event, but I can show pictures!

School Access Issues

28 Mar

New Plymouth Boys’ High has unblocked my site!

But there is one issue:
If you are using a NPBHS computer to access this site, expect some problems while watching videos/viewing images on this site. This is due to Internet Explorer being out of date, and is out of my control.

26 Mar

Watch until the end – there is always a clip after the credits.
Video Tip: Press play, let it play a few seconds then pause so the rest of the video can load. It’s worth the wait!!

It’s December 30th, 2007. Margy has discovered that Tracey is the serial killer. Tracey has discovered that Margy knows. Something has to give.

Final stage

25 Mar

I’m going to have the “core cast” of the next episode over tonight, so I can re-record them, and then release the episode as early as tonight! (all going well)

Phew. We have to redo some scenes because of technical issues, which delayed the video being released.
Below are the cast photos for this episode. The top is the final shoot; all the major cast involved, and the below  is also a cast photo but is nurses only.
